MODERN ROW HOUSE FINDS CONTEXT IN HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD – UNBUILT PROJECT

While applying for an award we came across a Curbed article featuring the project we were submitting. The author discusses our architects’ process for satisfying the local community board by designing to fit the context of the block. The proposed project for a row house with modern aesthetics in the historic neighborhood of Prospect Heights underwent multiple design phases until our architects achieved a plan that attained approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
