Park Slope Garden Vistas
This overall renovation of a row house in Park Slope, steps away from Prospect Park, was a conversion of an existing Owner’s duplex and two tenant apartments back to a single-family home. A gut renovation of the garden floor allowed for the creation of a laid-back family room, home office, and guest quarters. The views to the newly designed rear yard create a moment of escape in the midst of a busy city with little room to spare.
The renovation of the upper tenant spaces transformed two separate apartments into a master suite and children’s bedrooms. The refurbished original staircase and banister throughout the house create a stunning juxtaposition of the home’s history and the Owner’s modern lifestyle.
