Media Offices in DUMBO
CWB Architects’ assignment was to design 8,000 square feet of office space for fast-growing, fast-paced Waterfront Media, a company of 85 employees. The space needed to be transformed into a fun place to work that optimized productivity and enhanced collaboration, while reflecting the client’s forward-thinking business philosophy.
A tight budget necessitated the use of inexpensive materials like sheetrock, pre-finished plywood, and colored fiberglass. Aluminum storefront systems and decorative plasterwork was employed to dress up the more prominent spaces within the office.
