Brooklyn Heights Swellegant
At 3,000 square feet, this brownstone residence presented an elegant renovation project. At times divided into both a duplex and a triplex, the home featured large, incoherent spaces that the firm endeavored to correct and enhance. The scope of work included significant structural repair, complete replacement of the MEP systems, two roof decks, and new roofs with new shed dormers.
Through the new layout, the row house was transformed into a stylishly livable home with ample spaces for gathering, cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. We built a bulkhead on the roof and installed a staircase to afford residents and guests easy access to sweeping views of the harbor and Manhattan that were previously accessible only by ladder.
