While applying for an award we came across a Curbed article featuring the project we were submitting. The author discusses our architects' process for satisfying the local community board by designing to fit the context of the block. The proposed project for a row house with modern aesthetics in the historic neighborhood of Prospect Heights underwent multiple design phases until our architects achieved a plan that attained approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

We made this home in tune with nature, giving it a large screened porch to enjoy the stream and rock outcropping as well as PV panels that power the house's electricity.

We are excited to announce that our Brooklyn Heights Tailored Modern project won Remodelista’s Considered Design Award for Best Professionally Designed Living/Dining Space. CWB’s architects and interior designers teamed up to create this functional, tailored space for their clients to relax and entertain in. The main rooms of the house interact with the garden by way of a two-story bay window. Judge Estee Stanley describes the effect as “homey and warm,” “while also managing to be elegant and beautiful."
